“ I had a GREAT experience at the Troy location. I arrived a few hours early for the wine tasting experience (reservations are not accepted). It was EXCELLENT! We didn’t finish our last pour. They delivered it to our table. Reservations for dinning is recommended. Our waitress was super nice. Our food was really good. The cocktails were just okay. We had Coopers Hawk margaritas. The ambiance is really nice. I will be going back for WINE O'CLOCK HAPPY HOUR. M-Fri 3:00pm - 5:30pm ”
“ April 19th, 2025 was my first time at Cooper’s Hawk and I’ve been back twice ever since. The customer service, the food, the drinks, the music, the wine.....lol was nothing less than amazing. I ordered their Calamari, chicken potstickers, and for my appetizer the Gnocchi for my meal, and a lemon drop martini for my drink. The food was phenomenal as was my drink. I want to mention that their serving size was really good as well, so you don’t have to worry about “small servings and huge prices”. I would highly recommend Copper Hawk Winery and Restaurant. I can’t wait to come back . ”

I started with a wine tasting led by Ariana, and she was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge of the wines was impressive, and she explained each one with such passion and clarity. She made the entire experience feel personal and enjoyable—definitely one of the best wine tastings I’ve ever had! Afterward, I stayed for dinner and was lucky to have Autumn as my server. She was friendly, attentive, and gave great menu suggestions. The rewards bottle & Brussle sprouts she recommended were absolutely perfect! Autumn’s energy and attention to detail made my dinner feel extra special. Between Ariana’s wine expertise and Autumn’s top-notch service, Cooper’s Hawk has earned a lifelong fan in me. “ Phenomenal food. Every single dish we ordered was incredible and we left saying this is our favorite restaurant and the best food we’ve had in our entire lives, coming from 2 foodies. The Brussel sprout appetizer was the best thing I’ve ever ate in my whole life. Bruschetta was delicious. We got filet mignon and surf and turf- the steak portions are small but so good and we left full and satisfied without being uncomfortably bloated. 100% worth every dollar ”
“ I cannot believe that I haven't reviewed this place yet. We are part of the Wine Club and it is absolutely great. Food is always amazing here and the Wine is beyond one the greatest brands I have ever had. I am telling you right now....join the club because it is beyond worth it. Come in, get a tasting, and sit and eat for lunch or dinner. There will be no disappoint at all. Staff is always the best by far as well. ”
“ My bestie took me to Cooper's Hawk for my birthday. It was my 1st visit and off the chain delicious. I had short ribs with mashed potatoes and veggies topped with fried onions. It's been a few weeks ago and I'm still thinking about it. YUM. We also had chicken egg rolls for appetizer, OOOOOWWEEEEE. And Because it was my birthday they brought out decadent dark chocolate and white chocolate truffles. This place has Lots of wine tasting and a gift shop with plenty to purchase on your way out. The waiter was awesome. Very knowledgeable about the Menu with great recommendations for my. Entree. I can't wait to go back to try another dish on the Menu. I'm sure it will be just as good as the one I just had. A special thank you to my bestie for the experience ”
“ Cooper’s Hawk is one of my go-to restaurants! The intimate ambiance and outstanding food and service completes the whole date night experience! The romance red is a solid bottle of sweet wine that went perfectly with our entrees. The Parmesan crusted mahi-mahi, which was absolutely amazing and full of flavor. The prime churrasco grilled steak was very tender and the cilantro-lime aioli was delicious. You can’t go wrong with their delicious pretzel loaf and I also couldn’t go without ordering the crab/shrimp/lobster bisque! Our server was wonderful and even gave us some complimentary truffles for my birthday! Such a wonderful dinner from start to finish! ”
“ The was my first time ever coming to this restaurant and I will definitely be coming back! Our waiter Jacob S was amazing, he was funny and definitely made the experience enjoyable. We drinks were good as well, I had a typical mimosa. The wine was amazing as well, they have many options to choose from and the waiter also helped with choosing a good wine. The service was great, it didn’t take long for our food to come out and we had a pretty decent sized party. The atmosphere was great as well, it’s a very well decorated place and the ambiance was amazing. The food was great too, i loved everything I had here honestly. 10/10 recommend coming here! ”
